What makes Don special is not the cabinets, the color, the shape of the doors. It is the knowledge that he imparts before you even decide if you will choose him to build or rebuild your kitchen. Cy Syms said, "An educated consumer is our best customer." Don King understand that sentiment better than anyone I have dealt with. I drove the 70 plus miles to listen and learn, the rest is history. If want to be happy with your purchase, listen to Don, learn from him, and you will love every inch of the choice you'll make. I don't have words to describe how highly I recommend Don King. If you want a kitchen you can love and enjoy then do two things in this order: listen to Don King, and buy your kitchen from Don King.

Don King and DK Kitchen Design Center were recommended to us by our general contractor when we were building our new home. This was a great recommendation. We were fully satisfied with all aspects of Don's services and have highly recommended him to our friends. Working with us step by step, Don designed our kitchen and our four bathrooms. The selection of cabinetry offered at DK Design was impressive and Don's expertise in layout and design resulted in a kitchen that is both beautiful and highly functional. I worked with Don during a major renovation of my kitchen and family room. He visited several times during the project to ensure the contractors were doing their part. Don came over to my house and redesigned the kitchen from a small cramped space into a wonderful open design with a bar area! He worked with my carpenter to make sure all the building changes were going to fit with the new cabinets. There were a couple of incorrect/missing cabinet items, but Don fixed the issues promptly. It was nice having him make regular visits to make sure everything would fit. Also, the price was very competitive with the big boxes!
